Terms and Conditions — Tracks

1Behavior Policy

My child will not use profanity, bullying, or violent threats. Verified breaches result in immediate dismissal with a refund of unused sessions; re-enrollment is not permitted.

2Equipment

I confirm I will provide the student with a suitable laptop with a camera for the course.

3Subscription Types

• Group — shared class, fixed schedule.
• Private 1:1 — individual class, fixed trainer.

Some terms below differ by type.

4Missed Classes

• Group: no compensation of any kind for a missed session — no make-up session and no refund.
• Private 1:1: a fixed trainer, and up to 2 make-up sessions for the whole track subscription (not per course or per phase).
• Where recordings are provided (clause 6), missed classes may be made up by watching the recorded session. This does not apply to tracks listed as “Not provided”.

5Scheduling & Changes

Slot day or time may be changed only before the first session of the subscription. Once the first session day is reached, the schedule is fixed — no change of day, time, or group. This applies to both Group and Private 1:1.

6Recordings & Materials

Where provided, recordings and materials are for the enrolled student’s personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

7Refund Policy

• Within 24 hours of receiving this form → 100% refund.
• After 24 hours but before 50% attendance → refund of remaining sessions minus 15% admin fee.
• At or beyond 50% attendance → no refund.

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

This clause applies to cancellation of the subscription. Absence from individual sessions while remaining enrolled is covered by clause 4 and is not refundable.
